Earth Day is just around the corner, and we at Royal Bengal Academy are excited to announce a series of special events to commemorate this significant occasion. This year, we are celebrating Earth Day and Environment Day with a unique blend of art, creativity, and environmental awareness. Our objectives for these events are:-To promote environmental awareness and appreciation among students- To encourage creativity, self-expression, and imagination- To provide a platform for students to showcase their talents and skills- To foster a sense of community and teamwork among participants We cordially invite students to participate in the following events:

Our Process
1
Flow of the Competition
Step 1: Appointing a coordinator by school/ principal
Step 2: coordinator will collect students' names, whatsapp no. and ₹100 as fees for each event (challenge and group wise). ** Individual students can participate in multiple/all of the events. In that case ₹100 for each event fees is to be paid.
Step 3: coordinator will fix a/multiple date(s) for competition.
Step 4: coordinator will make photostats aka zerox copies of the contest pages. (Students will bring rest of the materials needed)
Step 5: competition is held on due date. (Click and send us pictures of the competition via Whatsapp on +91 6291 3131 00 to be featured on our website, social media and newsletter.)
Step 6: coordinator will collect the contest pages and arrange them challenge and group wise.
Step 7: coordinator will fill the school registration form and participants list.

Send us Contest Pages & Fees
Step 1: calculate the payable fees -make a sum of the total fees received. -make sure the fees is (total number of participants in the list × 100rupees) -keep 5% of total amount for expenses of the event (photostats, packaging cost, courier cost etc.) -keep 5% of total amount for coordinating teacher(s) as a token of gratitude. -calculate the deducted fees.
Step 2: send us the fees via any of the following methods -UPI (scanner attached) -NEFT (Bank details -Name: ROYAL BENGAL ACADEMY, Account number: 19410210002568, IFSC code: UCBA0001941, Branch: CHANDAN NAGAR - BURDWAN)
Step 3: make a package (waterproof prefered) including A. School registration form B. Participants list C. Proof of payment (printout of screenshot and reference no.) D. Contest papers E. Photographs of competition (can be sent via whatsapp on +91 6291 3131 00 also)
Step 4: Send it to our address via Indian mail or any courier services of your choice Royal Bengal Academy, Bhabani Sen Palli, Lichutala, Chandannagar, Hooghly, pin- 712 136 Contact: +91 6291 3131 00 **Should reach us no later than 1st June.

Judgement
Step 1: we receive the package
Step 2: our renowned artists as judges decides the school level winners. **School level winners are from across the challenges, not from individual challenges.
Step 3: our judges choooses the national winner aka the superstar.
Step 4:we send you -participation certificates for all of the students-medals and certificates for the winners-trophy and certificate for the national winner aka the superstar (given the competitor is from your school)-₹5000 for principal and ₹5000 for coordinating teacher as a token of gratitude. (Given your school's total number of participants number exceeded 400)-we are working on developing online art courses for students.
Step 5: coordinator will hand over the certificates and medals to the participants and winners.
Step 6: send us pictures of students with certificates, medals and trophy to get featured on our social media, websites and newsletter. **Whole process could take upto 56 Days.
